Candied Mandarin Peels in Bergamot Syrup

Ideal for delighting palates at the end of a meal, these candied peels are an excellent dessert or an exclusive flavouring for desserts, ice creams, and fruit salads.

After consuming the peels, the remaining syrup can be diluted in six parts of water to obtain a refreshing granita.
